2.4Ghz RF transceiver SiP IC with 4 mbps data rate

TM2114 is a high performance RF SiP IC，ultra small package, low price. The data rate can be up to 4Mbps，and its RF power out can be up to 20dBm. The IC packaged in 10x12mm with land grid array leadless package. It has SPI interface connecting with MUC interface. It is good for wireless Audio/Video, IOT, wireless remote control system and tracking systems.
