5G 38GHz phase array antenna front end module

The module works in 38GHz ideally for 5G phase array antenna system. The TM5029 Module includes power amplifier, low noise amplifier, switch, programmable phase shifter, programmable attenuator, and voltage regulator. It provides signal amplifying, transmitter and receiver functions. The switch circuit can control Tx and Rx path of the module. 5 bits programmable attenuator can control amplitude in the range 0~30 dB and above. And 5 bits programmable phase shifter provide phase adjust in 0~360 degree. Input pins are RF inputs, digital control and Voltage supply. Operating frequency is in Ka Band, Band width>1000MHz. Dimension: 60x10x4.5mm.
