Intelligent Bolt

The sensing bolt is a device designed for monitoring the important architectures or construction. It includes battery, strain gauge, amplifier, LDO, MCU, DC/RF pins and RF transceiver. It can link with Controller or gateway to cloud to accumulate the data for advanced analysis. It use 2.4Ghz as the RF communication frequency. The battery contains 50mAH power capacity good to support the RF transceiver to transmit status data to Controller and It can stand for 3600 secs. The operation temperature is from -40 ℃~ +150℃。Under water proof level XP-6, IPX-7 under 1 meter water for 30 mins.The system transmits the twisting message of the strain gauge to the controller (TCA) through 2.4GHz wireless transmission. Control the valve by the controller and control the screw lock. The CAP has a large battery embedded. When the screw is locked and the CAP can monitor the real time torque and clamping force as well as the bolting sequence throughout the bolting procedures. It can be used in vehicles, buildings, bridges and major equipment.
