3GHz Low Noise Amplifier HBT MMIC

The TM1006 is a low cost, low noise amplifier IC, designed for DC-3GHz application. The device is packaged in a compact 3mm by 3mm leadless package. The device is a two stages low noise amplifier, and very low current consumption. The low noise figure of the device is 1.3dB at 2.4Ghz, can improve the sensitivity of the system, and very low current consumption can maximize battery life in portable equipment.
